Conference Proceedings

APCMBE2020 handling of registration and paper presentation/publication associated with change to online conference

  • Online presentation will be accepted to those participants who pay for the registration fee of APCMBE2020. The details of the instructions for online presentation will be announced later. The paper will be treated as presented even if the registered person is unable to make their online presentation due to unexpected problems.
  • Only members who make registration to APCMBE can participate in the online conference. We will send them the information they need to participate online. In addition, after the tournament, we will mail your participation certificate (and receipt).
  • Early registration period is extended to immediately before the conference. The early registration fee will be reduced to 15,000 JPY. 5,000 JPY will be refunded to those who have already paid for early registration fee.
  • During the online conference period, registration will be accepted by on-site registration fee (17,000 JPY)
  • Abstracts will be published online. Accepted papers to IFMBE conference Book series will be published as scheduled by Springer. A web page will be prepared for browsing abstracts and proceedings.
  • The password for opening the program / abstract on the web will be provided to registered users along with the information required for online participation.
